Acts as the primary internal coordinator for project scheduling
Collaborates closely with the FOM and DFO to ensure accurate staffing for each client
Ensures all badging and credentialing requirements are completed before work begins
Maintains project-related paperwork, timelines, and safety documentation
Keeps client and project management systems updated and functioning efficiently for team visibility
Manages the end-to-end onboarding process for new projects and consultants
Collects and organizes project data and keeps onboarding slides updated
Ensures information is accessible to key stakeholders
Supports the development and evaluation of safety programs
Participates in required team meetings and professional development activities to improve internal systems and workflows
Coordinates with the Core Team to implement new technology tools and platforms
Reviews field safety reports for accuracy and compliance
Captures key safety data in internal reporting platforms to identify trends
Maintains safety data and manages the relationship with the reporting tool team, Pax
