Position: Finance Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type:Contract
Compensation:$65/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment:21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive workspaces and files to simulate real-world finance tasks in Spain.
• Write detailed prompts and create grading rubrics for evaluating AI agents in finance.
• Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in finance to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and relevance in training data.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, investment, or audit.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings).

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor, Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
