Thisisaremote,contract-basedopportunityrequiring35–40hoursperweek,withthepotentialtotransitionintoapermanentfull-timeposition.

ParalegalRequirements:

• Minimum5yearsofparalegalexperience

• Stronglitigationexperience(experienceinanylitigationpracticeareawillbeconsidered)

• Excellentdraftingskills,includingpleadings,motions,discovery,andotherlitigationdocuments

• Strongunderstandingoflitigationprocedures,courtrules,anddeadlines

• Experiencemanagingcasesandmovingmattersforwardindependently

• Strongorganizationalandcasemanagementskills

• Exceptionalattentiontodetail

• Experiencewithcourtfilings,calendaring,anddeadlinemanagement

• Abilitytohandlemultipleactivecasesandprioritizeassignments

• Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills

• Highlydependable,accountable,andreliable

• Strongworkethic,honesty,andintegrity

• Self-starterwhocanworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision

• Mustbeavailableforatleast35hoursperweek
